If you are not able to get to the Internet or First Class, you probably don’t have a connection to our network. To connect to the network, click on the Access Connections icon on the tool bar, select Collegiate, and click on Connect.

This will run through the connection process. This may take a few minutes, and we have seen the connection status fail, and then connect 30 - 60 seconds later, so please be patient.

At this point, if you still don’t have a connection. You have to do the following:

1. Click on the Access Connections Icon
2. Click on Launch ThinkVantage Access Connections
3. Click on Manage on the top tool bar
4. Highlight Collegiate, Click on Profile/Action from the top toolbar, and select Edit
5. Click on the Wireless Settings Tab
6. Under #4 Wireless Security Type on the top right side of this screen, select Properties
7. Click on the Delete button at the bottom right of this screen under Protected Access Credentials.
8. Click OK three times and then close the Access Connections Screen.
9. Follow the directions above to try to reconnect to the network.
